Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from the Branning Group. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Definitions

Company (referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") refers to Branning Group, Inc., 1320 Yuba St, Suite 209, Redding, CA 96001.

Website refers to the Insurance Playground book funnel, accessible from freebook.insurancecmo.ai.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Website, including the physical book and digital course bundles delivered through the Branning Library.

Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

The Book (Free + Shipping)

The Insurance Playground book is free; you pay only the $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We stand behind the book with a simple guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the book for any reason, contact us within [30 — CONFIRM GUARANTEE WINDOW] days of your order and we will refund your $9.95 shipping and handling fee in full. You don't even have to send the book back — it's yours to keep either way.

Digital Products (Branning Library Courses)

Digital products purchased through this funnel — including any one-time offer course bundles — are delivered through the Branning Library and may be refunded up to 30 days after the original purchase. After 30 days, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact us using the information below.

How Refunds Are Processed

To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your request. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

If you need to cancel your order or correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once a physical book has shipped, we can no longer cancel that shipment, but the satisfaction guarantee above still applies. We are not able to re-ship orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout without collecting an additional shipping fee.

Agent CRM Subscriptions

Any Agent CRM free trial or subscription started from this funnel is governed by the Agent CRM refund policy: a subscription can be cancelled on any given date, but past months' payments cannot be refunded (in certain occasions, we will refund the last month only). Auto-recharge messaging payments (for texting, phone calls, and emails sent within Agent CRM) are not refundable, since they are direct costs incurred by the Branning Group to provide those services.
